This Privacy Policy explains how PathBuilder Global Technologies PTE. LTD. ("PathBuilder", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and our Learning Intelligence Platform (collectively, the "Services").
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, institutional email, organization, and role when you request a demo or contact us. When institutions deploy PathBuilder, we process learning data on their behalf as a data processor, under the terms of our agreement with that institution. We also collect limited technical data, such as device and usage information, to operate and improve the Services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the Services, generate learning outcome analytics for the institutions we serve, ensure security and integrity, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with service providers who support our operations under confidentiality obligations, with the institution that controls a given deployment, or where required by law. Learning data belonging to an institution remains under that institution's control.
Data security and retention
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Where PathBuilder processes data on behalf of an institution, such requests are directed to that institution.
